This restriction includes use on private or public land or over a lake or river. Violations are generally considered to be a misdemeanor. The attached paper provides a more detailed discussion of the legal requirements and enforcement authorities on the use of fireworks in Conkling Park. INVASIVE SPECIES BOATING STICKERS Added Sunday, June 7th at 7:36 AM A 2009 Idaho law designed to prevent and control invasive species requires all boats except non-motorized inflatable boats less than 10 feet in length to display an annual invasive species sticker. The stickers cost $10 for each power boat registered in Idaho, $20 for other power boats, and $5 for each non-motorized boat. More information on this requirement, including the application form, can be obtained at the web site www.parksandrecreation.idaho.gov/idahoinvasivespeciesfund or at your local sporting goods store.
